Helping women take their career success and build a business that fits the life they actually want.

I work with women who have built a successful career and are ready to build something of their own. After 25 years inside corporate, I fell into the trap most coaches are selling, and rebuilt in the right order. Now I help them do it without making the same mistake.

Life first. Career second.

The Two Questions Workbook

Most women who are ready to leave their career skip the two questions that actually decide what comes next. This FREE workbook walks you through both. Clarity starts here.

The Two Question Workshop

A FREE 60-minute LIVE workshop for women ready to answer the two questions that actually decide what comes next. Live on Zoom the third Tuesday of every month at 7pm ET.

The Next Chapter Membership

A membership community for women ready to take their career success and build a business that fits the life they actually want. The full plan with people who get it.

About Me

I spent 25 years inside corporate, in HR and IT. Most of those years, I spent in leadership roles, in strategy, and building functions that did not exist before I was hired to build them.

I built the Shared Services function from scratch and scaled it across the world. I built the people analytics function. I built the Project Management Office. I established HR strategy as a role supporting the CHRO.

What this means in practice is that I spent 25 years building the infrastructure that corporate organizations run on. I understand how the machine is designed, how it makes decisions, and why it is built to serve itself rather than the people working inside it.

When I decided I wanted to leave, I built a business that kept me in corporate because I thought the freedom of self employment would be enough. I discovered that it wasn't. Then I built The Next Chapter. To help successful women design the life they want and build the business that fits the life they actually want.

Women navigating this decision deserve someone who has actually been inside the machine.
